I became a doula because each birth is a cosmic and joyous occasion. I'm privileged to hold space with parents as they bring life into the world. As an experienced doula, I believe the empathetic support of a doula can make all the difference in this important life event.
“We absolutely love Kolby, she truly was a lifesaver. We had twin boys come July 2022 and Kolby helped my husband and I adjust to life with not only one baby but two. I did have some baby blues in the beginning and Kolby helped me with whatever I needed. At night she would help with cleaning the bottles, pump parts, laundry if needed, and overall took great care of my sons. She made sure I got the sleep I needed knowing my boys were safe. In the morning she sent a detailed text of what the night looked like and I truly loved it.”
-JM (mom of twins)
“Kolby primarily did overnight support with us and occasionally did day visits. She is caring, fast on her feet, and overall SUPER helpful. I literally wouldn’t have survived the newborn stage without her. Kolby helped me with EVERYTHING without me even having to ask. If there were dishes in the sink (there always is), she would clean them, if laundry was not done she would help, & honestly if I needed to talk she would listen. Postpartum was pretty rough for me– I had a lot of anxiety and she really helped me through it.” - AW (mom of triplets)
“Kolby made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had– how often to feed, why was my son upset, why was he not sleeping? She is super reliable and also left a really detailed log of what happened every hour while our baby was in her care. She is also super loving to babies.”
-SS (singleton parent)
“Overnights with Kolby have been so, so helpful. Not only has she helped us get some sleep - she’s bonded with our older daughter and helped us troubleshoot bottle feeding during these crucial early days.”
"Giving birth was the most intense experience of my life. It was also the most rewarding."
